I’m Ali Gatenby the founder of Desire for Change. I'm a qualified hypnotherapist, coach and Elite Neuroencoding Specialist with over 18 years of experience, specialising in supporting young adults who feel stuck in their own heads, struggling with confidence, overthinking, anxiety or self-doubt.

My approach is safe, practical and supportive. I combine coaching, hypnotherapy and subconscious techniques to help people feel more in control of their thoughts, quieter in their mind, and more confident in everyday life.

I’ve worked with hundreds of clients who have experienced powerful shifts, not by forcing confidence, but by learning how to work with their mind in a way that actually supports them.

How much time do I need to commit to the course?

How long do I have access to the course?

Do I need experience with mediation and hypnosis?

Not at all. Hypnosis and meditation are natural states that we go in and out of daily. Everything in the course is guided and explained clearly, so even if you have not experienced parts of this course before, you'll be able to follow along comfortably.

The hypnosis part of this course is not suitable for people who have epilepsy or bipolar disorder unless you have your doctor's approval. However, you can still complete the rest of the course, which contains amazing tools that will boost your confidence from within.

Can teenagers use this course?

While the course is mainly designed for young adults, many teenagers (and older adults) will also find it helpful. The tools are simple, practical, and designed to build confidence, promote calm thinking, and foster self-trust.
